I wanted to thank you for making the most amazing cake we've ever had. Not only was it a

work of art, it was delicious beyond words. The texture of the cake was wonderful, fresh and

moist, the butter cream was perfect and the raspberry filling with mocha/chocolate was

superb. Our guests could not believe how beautiful the cake was and everyone wanted to

know where it was from. Several people mentioned that it looked like a cake from a TLC cake

The cakes were gorgeous and DELICIOUS! A wonderful addition to the table. There were

many compliments, and some folks took home extra pieces. Both cakes were very moist, had

wonderful flavor. The icing was great (I particularly liked the lemon flavor) and I was so happy

not to have to look at or serve that icky white crisco type frosting.
